SPRING SUNSET

Last night I noticed the strong sunset colours reflected in the lower right windows of the new apartment building across the street. Of course I could not resist taking some pictures.
Initially I wondered why the sunset was not showing in all the windows untill it dawned on me that what I saw was the reflection of the adjacent building and the dark blue evening sky. The image was a delightful strong coloured and patterned abstraction.

I wanted to express how impressed I am with the image you created. The composition is excellent, and the colours are lovely. I'm eager to see what you come up with next! We have missed your photos!

Thanks Dave, glad you enjoyed the pictures. We are trying to get used to our new environment here in Kanata but it will have to take time. Both of us truly miss North Bay but , like you when you moved away sometimes we have no choice. After all we are getting older.

Hi MIke, the bright side for us was that we both needed serious medical care after we moved here, and luckily, the medical services here are second to none. We are lucky to be alive at all, and I am still enjoying my photography and music sessions with many new friends. Cheers! Dave

Another wonderful image, Mike. Urban photography has its special moments, as you’ve shown us before.
