WHEAT FIELD, ST.JACOBS, ONTARIO


I just returned from a trip to Southern Ontario. This picture was made just outside the famous farmers market in St. Jacobs.

    Hi Mike,
    While looking at this photo, I came to realize that it has taken me a lifetime to appreciate the simple beauty of this sort of scene. It was so alien to me when I first landed in Ontario from Newfoundland as a boy. So very far from the sea. It still reminds me a lot of being all alone. Thanks, Dave
